Florida Court Exhibit Marking: Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.200 & Trial Orders

Florida Rules of Civil Procedure 1.200

In Florida Circuit and County courts, exhibit procedures are strictly controlled by the Uniform Pretrial Order issued under Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.200.

Mandatory Pre-Marking Protocol

Florida judges routinely order counsel to meet with the courtroom clerk 30 to 60 minutes prior to trial to physically affix official court exhibit stamps to all documents. All evidentiary objections not stated with specificity in the joint pretrial stipulation are deemed waived.
