Litigation in United States District Courts requires rigorous compliance with FRCP Rule 26(a)(3) and each individual judge's Standing Order on Trial Practice.

30-Day Mandatory Disclosure

At least 30 days before trial, each party must submit a comprehensive list of all exhibits they expect to offer. Within 14 days thereafter, opposing counsel must file specific evidentiary objections under FRE 402, 403, 802, or 901. Failure to object waives all grounds except relevance under Rule 402.
