The TRE 902(10) Business Records Affidavit

In Texas, a party can admit medical records, bank statements, or business invoices into evidence without calling a live witness to trial by filing a formal Business Records Affidavit under TRE 902(10) at least 30 days before trial and serving prompt notice on all parties.
